DENEX Ltd. was founded in 1991. It is specialized in the field of commerce with professional laundry and dry cleaning equipment, containers for solid waste, compost bins. It is as well the commercial representative of the companies VOSSLOH, TYROLIT и ELECTRO-NITE.

In June 2008, the Denex activity for delivery, sales and service of garden technique was assigned to MTD - BULGARIA Ltd. as a subsidiary company to MTD - USA. Since the beginning of 2010 the representation of the company SWARCO - materials for road marking and signaling; paint for road markings, traffic lights and reflective glass beads - was assigned to the newly established company SWARCO BULGARIA LTD.

Denex Ltd. has offices in Sofia, Varna, Karlovo and a warehouse in the town of Karlovo.
