The production process is managed by a team of qualified specialists and consists of transforming the fresh produce into frozen product via a number of manual and/or mechanized operations such as sorting, calibration, cutting, removing of stones and skin, blanching, post cooling, freezing, packing and metal detection. The production process is held according to standards ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, IFS и BRC. The correct functioning of the Quality Management System is ensured by planned internal audits as well as by the continuous training of all personnel in the good hygiene and sanitation practices and food safety.
Agrofruit operates mainly with domestic raw materials on the base of contractis with approved suppliers. In order to ensure traceability along the chain “raw material – finished product “ we run control over the suppliers' fields and incoming raw material acceptance control as well as during all the production process phases. Agrofruit disposes of an internal physico-chemical laboratory.
