Ecofruit Ltd was established in 1997 in the field of growing, processing and trading with high quality fruits and vegetables.

Since 2004 the company has owned a 53ha of land located in the most pristine rural region of Southern Bulgaria.

Our ambition was to create the largest cherry orchard, followed by building a warehouses and proceeding facilities to close the production circle and reduce the risk of damages. To guarantee the excellent implementation of our ambitious project, we imported 34 000 saplings of dessert cherry type Ziraat 0900 and Gisela5/ Gisela 6 root stock.

At present, our orchard is supplied with modern drip-irrigation system and planned to be protected by anti hail system.

As a firsthand stage of development Ecofruit Ltd foresees implementation of Project for building a modern cooling and freezing groundwork for preservation, processing and expedition of fruit and vegetables.

The actual realization of the Project takes place in 2009, accompanied with the adoption of the latest European technologies, equipment and machinery.
