The company was founded in 1990 by Prof. Hristo Georgiev, one of the most famous breeders of hybrid tomatoes, with over 60 years experience in this field. He is the creator of the best Bulgarian varieties of tomatoes. His talent has been recognized with dignity and abroad, where he worked for 15 years.

The company owns the 16 hybrid varieties of tomatoes, bred by Prof. Hristo Georgiev, 4 of which - in co-authorship with the Institute of Genetics, BAS. Lines for the production of these varieties are owned and maintained by the company.
