The main office of the Bakalski Co. Ltd. is situated in Plovdiv. The company has own production and processing units at three strategic places in Bulgaria – in the North, South and South–East part of the country. Since 1990 we have acquired a solid experience in agriculture, buying–up, processing cleaning, sifting, calibrating, cutting, debacterization as well as packaging and delivery according to the partner’s order.

Since 2004 the company has established and applies a quality management system, according to ISO 9001:2000, GMP, GAP and GHP. The company has been certified by TUV Rheinland Bulgaria. Since 2007 we have established an integrated ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005 system.

The company produces, processes and exports in equivalency with the rules as determined by the regulation (EEC) 834/2007 on organic production, by the USDA National Organic Program, Final Rule 7 CFR Part 205 and the requirements of the Bio Suisse. Certificate of conformity, Certificate of organic operation and Bio Suisse decision are available.
